Bookkeeping
We provide bookkeeping services to help small and mid-sized businesses keep accurate records of their books. Our firm reconciles your books on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We deliver monthly financial statements to you promptly to give you the financial information you need to properly run your business. In addition, meetings to go over the financials in detail are included at no additional cost, and can be provided in person, by phone or video conference. We offer support and set-up of your accounts with XERO or QuickBooks software.
Bookkeeping is offered for fixed monthly prices or on a project basis.
Training for each software package is available by request and can usually be completed over the course of a few hours. Training can take place either in person or remotely.
Fixed Monthly Pricing for Ongoing Bookkeeping can be found in our price list link below. Prices are based on the average number of transactions with a minimum of $300 per month.
Tax Returns
Tax laws are changing. Preparing taxes for many people is a tedious process because the laws are complicated and difficult to interpret. Our firm specializes in the professional preparation of corporate and individual taxes including partnerships and non-profit tax preparation.
Tax Services are available for individuals, businesses, trusts, non profits, and estates. We have experience in every type of business entity and will be able to best advise you on the steps necessary to get your return filed. Individuals can expect friendly service that will minimize your tax liability and leave you feeling confident in the final product.
Tax services start at $350 for Basic Individual Returns, $650 for Partnership Returns, and $900 for S-Corp or C-Corp Returns. Additional Schedules will be priced depending on their complexity and time required for completion.

Use the general ledger and financial statements to review the flow of money and catch any discrepancies. We offer general ledger and financial statement preparation services for clients that may need these documents for their investors, auditors, vendors and lenders.
Accounting Services are available at $140 per hour.
CRYPTOCURRENCY tax
Individuals needing help with Cryptocurrency taxation will receive useful and thoughtful advice on how to best report and minimize their tax liability. BTC, LTC, ETH, XRP or any of the other currencies are all treated the same by the IRS. We can help with issues related to trading, mining or spending.
Tax Planning

Tax planning and consulting is available for $225 per hour.

Get the information you need to plan, control and make informed decision for your business.
Financial Statement Review
Depending upon the needs of a client, we offer both financial statement compilations and review services. Each client will have unique needs and the intended user of the report needed will help to decide which will be the most cost effective and useful service to choose.
Compilations take information provided by you and we transform it into useful financial reports for your business accompanied by a report for any outside users of the financial statements. Financial Statement Review services will provide limited assurance that financial statements need no material modifications to conform with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles within the United States and will include limited inquiry into the information presented.
Assurance services will have prices determined based upon the length and complexity of the services needed.
Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
